PBL and Wisconsin PBL have many opportunities for their members to receive scholarships for their efforts and dedication to leadership.

  • Targeted Opportunity Program (TOPjobs) is a summer program that assists state agencies and universities in attracting future employees by offering paid internships, on-the-job experience, training, and exposure to the Wisconsin Civil Service System.   • Phi Beta Lambda NLC-IFL Scholarship Award – The PBL National Leadership Conference (NLC)/Institute for Leaders (IFL) Scholarship is a program funded through the diversion of $1 of each member’s national dues. The purpose of the scholarship is to award outstanding PBL members with scholarships that serve as leadership investments to assist members in attending the National Leadership Conference or the Institute for Leaders, which is held in conjunction with the National Leadership Conference each year. A total of 35 scholarships will be available; 20 awards of $400 each for the NLC and 15 awards of $115 each for the IFL.
