Great Internships for Minorities (Women, Blacks, Hispanics, and so on) and persons with disabilities.

The State of Wisconsin has a state wide internship for racial/ethnic minorities, women, and persons with disabilities names Summer Affirmative Action Intern Program (SAAIP).

The program provides students with practical, on-the-job experience, training, and exposure to the Wisconsin Civil Service System. Many SAAIP alumni have succeeded in obtaining employment in state government as limited term or permanent state employees.
